As our client is running a manufacturing unit and they need to know the statistic of the production units, defects and which plant is having outage. We developed an IOT Device that communicates with the Panel to know which Plant is working and at the last during the QA belt we have added a device that records the count of the each Defects along with successful outcome of the product.
This helped us to collect the data and we designed a remote device that works on the collected data and provide a dashboard to the Corporate Office.
